Round 67

I didn’t drink enough water on the second day. I just forgot, went out and didn’t have my water bottle. In the evening I felt like I was doomed, DOOMED! I was bored, miserable, spaced and grumpy so I went to bed at 9pm and slept nine hours. Felt fine the next day. I guess it was the lack of water that did that. Maybe? Maybe not? I must remember to keep my water intake up at 2 litres a day, especially so whilst on-round.

5th round in 5 weeks, nice! It’s good to have this chelation marathon. Now I am feeling better this is what I should be doing. Still on the same schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off.

Edit: 1st day after round: My left shoulder hurts. Hurts like it used to hurt. Muscle testing said it was my liver; no idea if that’s correct. No colours coming back.

Edit: 2nd day after round: Did i see blue and yellow cleared today? Not sure.

Edit: 3rd day after round: Yes. Blue and yellow! Nice! Is that purple I see? Not sure, but it’s a bright and sparkly blue I see.

Edit: 4th day after round: Yeah: blue and yellow back! Lots of double takes as the colours sparkle at me. Lovely.

Overall comment: I am dreaming a lot. No the wild adventures, but every night feels like I am dreaming. Cool.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 66

Normal round, nothing to report out of the ordinary, except that on the 2nd day I took too much of my liver herbs. I’m doing a herbal liver cleanse at the moment. At the start I gradually raise the dose until I hit my limit. Today I hit that limit and it gave me a real blinder of a headache. Nothing would shift it. Light hurt my eyes. I needed darkness. I paused taking the herbs and the next day all was fine. I kept chelating and all was as per usual.

Second day after-round I got a crick in the neck. Ouch! Really hurt, but was mostly gone next day.

After round notes: I just realised recovery now takes three days. Not sure how many, but maybe the last 10-15 rounds have all taken approximately three days to recover from, rather than the usual two days. I get two days of minor hassles spread over three days. Usually the first day after is OK but the third can be problematic. Nothing serious, but more tired, odd aches and pains surface. I aware I am on the after-round come-down phase.

And another thing entirely different: my osteopath Katie and I figured out my dodgy right wrist. It’s been hurting on and off these last few months and I’ve no idea why. I can’t put much pressure on it. It has started to hinder my yoga. No downward dogs!

We figured out it’s my mouse from the PC in the office. It gets real heavy usage and it’s giving me repetitive strain injury (RSI). I need a little pad under my wrist to support it. Maybe change the mouse to a more ergonomic style too. And Katie said to try it left-handed too, to give the right a break and chance to recover. I tried left-handed mouse while typing up my journal and I felt like a spastic, but practice should make it easier!

The chelation charge continues.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 65

Third round in a month! Good work Danny boy! On a chelation charge! I feel completely normal again now I have re-introduced adrenal support. Happy dayz!

Day one I was in DO IT mode. I weeded the lawn! By hand! Yes, that’s very unusual. I was a bit pooped in the evening, but that’s cool. It’s nice to have a physical day spend mucking about in the garden.

Day two and all was fine. Ditto the third day. In all a great on-round round. Second day after the round I did feel 3 out of 10 for spaced and I had some odd hours where I zoned out in space-city. I had a little low back muscle weakness too. But by the third day everything was cool again. All that will not stop this chelation charge and I will be chelating the next week too.

No change seeing the colours this round.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 64

It’s April and spring is in the air! What a great colour green is! I’m not very good with green, always been one my most difficult colours to see. Green for me could be red, or brown, or green! So really it’s a nothing mish-mash of a colour for me.

I was on a Boris bike cycling around Tottenham Court road tube and the trees were just sprouting their fresh spring leaves. What an amazing sight to see such acid green colour dazzling me. A pleasure to behold. I guess people take these things for granted. I guess they seen it all a million times before. Looks amazing to me though J Makes chelation worth it when I get the colours sparkling and shinning at me. So odd how the colours come to me one or two at a time. Funny how it’s not everything getting clearer at the same time. Wonder what that means?

Went to Bath for the weekend. That’s on the west cost of England, near Wales.  Did the thermal spa. Lovely! In the evening I felt like a million bucks. Always agrees with me those hot springs.

Otherwise normal round. A little bit of heartburn at the end, but otherwise easy. I need to stay in the groove and keep chelating.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 63

In January I did my annual maintenance parasite cleanse from Humaworm. After 30 days of those herbs I was feeling pretty fine, so I decided to stop my adrenal support. Just to see what would happen. Did I no longer need it? Were my adrenal glands OK now?

Well, I had 6-7 weeks of cold’s and flu’s and generally feeling under-par. I had a couple of dodgy rounds too, so the result of that experiment is a FAIL! So two weeks ago I restarted my Adrenal Cortex Extract (ACE) supplements (Thorne brand) and immediately good health returned and I felt normal again, all within two days. Happy dayz!

So this round is the first round with Adrenal support back in place … and it was easy. This is how my rounds should be: easy easy. Just goes to show how important adrenal support is. Without that 100mg of ACE chelation was hard labour.

Rounds like this make chelation easy, repeatable and do-able for the long-term. Whilst on round I could not even tell I was on a round. I had a wild vivid dream too. These dreams are noticeable because I don’t usually dream. This was super-funky-3D-and-HD dreaming. Lovely.

Day 3 on round orange sparkled at me;-)

End-round detox bath was hot!

I wonder what a round of 6.25mg ALA would be like with my adrenals correctly supported? Oh well, time will tell. I have 300 of the 5mg ALA capsules to get through before I try again.

I did have a little trouble after the round with some redistribution on Day 1. Had a four-hour period with tiredness and brain fog. Not too bad, but not too good either. I was grumpy and miserable, questioning why I was doing chelation – but, as ever it passed, as it always passes. Was fine the second day after.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 62

After the nightmares of the last round where I tried to raise my chelator dosage and FAILED, it’s back to my usual dosage of 5mg’s ALA.

Day 2 on Saturday morning I was full of life and energy and spent my time pottering about in the garden. Mowing, strimming and spreading compost all around the beds. I have a big garden and my weekends always involve some garden work. Everyday of the week I sit in my office in the city, it has no natural sunlight, so my garden forces me out into the fresh air and sunshine during the weekends. I love it. Got really stuck in and did 3 hours tinkering about, but I felt really tired afterwards. The above pic is from last summer, just under the oak tree.

After lunch I ripped up the old carpet in the study and collapsed. I sank to the ground, dizzy and heart a racing like crazy. Wow, this is a hard round. I had to go and chill in my music room to recover. Not fun at all. I have never collapsed like that before.

While I was recovering I had a good think about collapsing like that. Very odd! Why would I collapse? Was I tired after all the work? Was chelation just hard on me? Or was it something else?

I crept back upstairs again and muscle tested the carpet. And BOOM! It gave a clear and strong weak signal that my body hated that carpet. Why? Well, because it was so old. It was getting replaced next week and I had to pull it up in preparation. Carpet was 50-ish years old. All the felt underneath had degraded and turned to dust. Rubber dust floated around the room, swirling around in slow motion, glittering in the sunlight. I made a sharp exit.

Always felt terrible after sitting in the study for too long. Always gave me the jitters. I thought it was EMF from the computer in there. Seems it was the old carpet toxifing me. Lovely! Not!

House smells wonderful now the old carpet is gone. Yet more environmental toxins removed from my home.

Overall a weary and tired round, made worse by me working so hard physically and disturbing the carpet. If sitting in the room made me feel so bad, then ripping the thing up was the equivalent of amalgam removal with no protection. Lived with that old carpet for 5 years! Should have got rid of it as soon as we moved in.

Oh well, we live and we learn.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night is every 3 hours.

Round 61

After six easy rounds it’s time to up-the-ante and move up the chelation dose. The higher the dose, the more mercury comes out, the fewer rounds I need to do, and the quicker I get better! Hooray!

My compounded ALA order has arrived from Dean in South Africa @ www.livingnetwork.co.za At my low dosage, I need to get the ALA made up specially so that each dose is exactly correct. I tried splitting caps myself, but it was too fiddly and not accurate enough at such low doses.

I am moving up the ALA dosage from 5mg to 6.25mg. That is a big-ish percentage rise, but compared to other people on ‘usual’ dosages, I guess it looks kinda pathetic, but not to me – I’m excited!

Day 1 was fine, although I did suddenly get a burst of hypoglycaemia jitteriness before dinner. I needed food urgently! My hands were shaking like a leaf. I have not had that for a long time. I have slightly hot feet too. But overall I could not really tell I was on a higher dose, just for that 10 minute jittery spell.

Day 2: OUCH! Ahhhhhhh! Ohhhhhhh bugger! MERCURY ATTACK! Brain fog, headache, muscle weakness and drained of energy. In the office I was shouty and wildly irritable. All I wanted to do was hide away, go somewhere dark, warm and quiet. When I got home in the evening, I did just that. I had to get out my Mercury Attack Check-List. This tells me what to do when the mercury kicks in hard: 9 grams of Vitamin C, plus reiki, plus dry skin brushing, plus lots of apple cider Vinegar.

Not the worst bad day on round I’ve had, but still pretty horrible nevertheless. On the Richter scale of pain, a good 6 out of 10 for hassle. Not pretty and not fun.

I did not stop the round for two reasons:

1) It’s bad, but not super-bad.

2) Whenever I end a round early I always feel worse. So I kinda feel if I end on day 2, I am guaranteed to feel like $hit anyway. So may as well try and tough it out and go as far into the round as I can handle. If I can make it through to day 3, I will stop when it gets too much.

Day 3: And, and, and…day 3 was totally 100 percent normal. Ha! Strange eh! It felt like just another normal day with no weirdness, tiredness or anythingness. Had a super hot ‘n’ sweaty Himalayan salt crystal detox bath at the end of the round. Felt lovely after that, better than my usual Epsom salt detox bath, (but only a little).

I wonder what the after rounds days will be like? Fingers crossed! Here we go…

After round day 1: And what a horrible day it was! I just about made it into work, but I was pretty spaced out. Not much fun to be physically in the office, but mentally in la-la land. It did clear up a little in the afternoon after a hearty lunch, but everything was difficult.

After round day 2: Not as bad, but unquestionably the mercury hit my brain and I was foggy. In the evening Heartburn gave me a jolly good kick in the balls too. Sleep was difficult because of the heartburn was so bad. Lucky I had been drinking lots of Apple Cider vinegar (ACV) for the past 4 days otherwise it would have been much worse.

Holy cow, how frustrating is this!?!? I only moved my dosage up 1.25mg ALA and it does this to me! I thought I would be fine. I’ve been feeling great recently. Oh balls! Bloody mercury, how long is this gonna take?

Brought to my knees again by the mercury. Gutted!

I am not chelating like this. Sod that! Back down to 5mg ALA on the next round.

Experiment to increase the dose: Fail!

Schedule: 6.25mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 60

Another easy round. I did not feel anything until right at 9pm on the 3rd day, (which is when I end my rounds). Felt a little drained and tired, but all in all easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Q: Were colours a bit brighter on the 3rd day? Hard to tell. Maybe? Maybe not.

Still, this was super easy round and I have nothing else to report except that it’s so nice to be back in the land of the living. 😉

And … time to raise the dose on the next round! How exciting is that!!

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 59

This is my 21st and final round of the year 2010. I am pretty happy with 21 rounds, but it could be better. I could do more. Chelation is what will get me long-term better. I obviously still have mercury still in me, so I gotta keep up the good work.

The goal is two rounds a month. That may not sound like enough, but it’s what I can handle and fit in. Now I am better again, life is full, and I have many things on the go: work, kids, holiday, business trips, weekends away and holidays. So yeah, two weeks per month is probably the maximum I can squeeze in to my life. I didn’t manage that this year.

My New Years resolutions for 2011 is more chelation and more yoga. But I will change yoga style. Hatha yoga starts here. I need something less powerful than Ashtanga so I can chelate and do gentle yoga frequently. The Ashtanga yoga and chelation do not mix well. It’s too strong and I need something calmer.

Easy round. No doubt I can increase the dose soon.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 58

Another day, another round.

The first 2.5 days were beyond easy, with no side effects or symptoms. I could not even notice I was on a round. By the end of the 3rd day I had a little heartburn, a gentle 5 out of 10 for hassle. As usual apple cider vinegar helped calm it down.

Lots of colours coming on strong; yellow and blue this week. I went to see my football team Tottenham Hotspurs play and the yellow football boots were all shining and sparkling at me vividly. Very odd it was too! I did ask my mate, but no, everything looked normal to him. To me, every player that had yellow football boots on looked like they had shinny bright banana’s on their feet! LOL!

Aside from chelation, I am overjoyed to report I have zero major and zero minor symptoms. I guess you could say I don’t have quiet as much energy as I would want, but that would be being picky!

I am practising yoga once or twice a week. It is not possible to do more than that because I am chelating. I need more sleep when I chelate and can’t get up so early in the mornings. But overall better now. Happy.

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.

Round 57

OK, here we go! This is the next round after my book finished. All my earlier rounds are in The Mercury Diaries book.

Nothing out of the ordinary to report: easy round. Did feel mildly tired on first day but a trouble free round. Just the way I like ‘em! I could see blue was brighter afterwards which is always a bonus. Had a detox bath as usual after the round ended. No re-distribution side effects whatsoever. My kinda round!

Schedule: 5mg ALA only, 3 days on round. Dosage taken every 2.5 hours, except at night which is every 3 hours.
